Cooked aldente, folded through roasted tomato, wine & basil sauce.

Lightly coated in a melody of fresh basil, pecorino cheese and light bread crumb. Oven baked and served with a roasted garlic mash potato and topped with a warm tomato relish

Grilled lamb cutlet, juicy bacon strips, steak, tomato, egg and sausage served with chips or salad.
