and dinner - 5.30pm 7 days a week.

Giovanni graduated as a master chef from the Rome International Chef’s School in 1989 and has owned and managed a number of restaurants both locally and overseas. He has cooked in Naples, Rome, Cost Rica, Newark and Miami Florida (for the likes of Bruce Willis, Demi Moore and Sylvester Stallone).
His food is authentic, traditional Italian style, all prepared fresh on the premises. Giovanni has been cooking recipes handed down from his grandfather since he was 14. His traditional tomato based Napoli sauce is cooked slowly for eight hours and the recipe remains close to his heart.
