Our club including our Directors and Staff promote Responsible Service of Alcohol in the best interest of our members, guests and staff.
Responsible Service of Alcohol is vital for legal, health and community reasons.
Our club does not tolerate anti social behavior.
We pride ourselves on making our club environment a safe and happy venue.
Bankstown Trotting Recreational Club has adopted the following House Practices.
In order to prevent underage drinking we will require acceptable proof of age to be provided when requested.
Persons who are believed to be showing signs of intoxication will be refused admission to the club premises
We will display and refer to our intoxicated signs in order to support our responsible attitude
We will meet legislative requirements
Patrons will be denied service and required to leave the premises if they are considered to be intoxicated.
Bankstown Trotting Recreational Club will implement these strategies by:
Regularly updating our house policy
Promote the service of non alcoholic beverages, low alcohol beverages
Always have food available
Prevent underage drinking by insisting on "proof of age" drivers license , passport or proof of age card (RTA)
Prevention of intoxication by recognizing the signs of intoxication and
Refusing service to anyone who deemed by the club to be intoxicated
